• Please email info@royaldogchew.pet or call us at +1 484-272-5888 to request an RMA# and free return shipping label.
• Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
• We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase or send you a refund check if you prefer.
• Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up after it has been issued by us.
• Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
